A story of friendship

 

It was during college that we met. Then with each other's journeys, we got lost
of view. But to better find ourselves around several centers of interest including that of good food and local produce!

so one winter evening, the idea came to us to transform this common passion into a common adventure
L'Echoppe was born, an adventure of two friends...friend as pig

The key words: Authenticity, Simplicity
Of course the project developed around Freddy's recognized know-how, his recipes and his marinated skewered pork.
Seb brings management, advertising, relationships and a passion for barbecue.

Go to regions little known to the general public and open up the catering to the barbecue, the smoker, the terroir.
Add to that the “family” dishes and you get a big part of our menu and the spirit of L’Echoppe.
